the Dealer's parts investment. We do this through a combination of inquiry as to your financial and operating objectives and analysis
of the current DMS inventory processes. This data provides a "road map to improvement" consisting of recommended DMS updates and best
practices to be implemented by your parts staff. In-dealership training is augmented by monthly electronic data submission by the
Parts Manager and a complete inventory analysis report provided to the dealership management team.
