Inventory Management Workshops

Managed Inventory
ADMI Managed Inventory is the partnership between OEM, ADMI, and your dealership to increase parts sales and profits. Your ADMI Managed Inventory dealership team includes the Dealer Principal, Parts Manager, Service Manager, and ADMI Area Parts Manager.
- ADMI Managed Inventory begins with a roadmap we can a Business Plan; developed by the team, with dealership performance objectives, and accountability.
- The ADMI Area Parts Manager takes the lead in controlling the inventory investment, overseeing orders, accuracy, and ordering parameters fine tuned to dealership performance objectives.
- Parts Manager becomes the Parts Sales Manager through profession sales training.
Parts Upgrade
ADMI Parts Upgrade is an On-site Training Program for the Dealer, Parts & Service Director, Parts Manager and key parts personnel. It is hands-on from day one! The presentation of materials is immediately reinforced by hands-on application, associated process evaluation, and modifications as needed.
Stock Parts Control
- Identify stock parts performance metrics critical to evaluate stock parts availability and investment efficiency. Establish reporting requirements, where to retrieve the data, and how to report for Monthly Performance Reporting.
- Review and update DMS Ordering Parameters that will improve parts availability, reduce Emergency and Special Orders, and improve inventory investment performance.
- Implement Stock Parts Daily/Weekly/Monthly Processes to manage and maintain the inventory investment.
Special Order Control
- Establish a dealership specific Special Order Policy, Process Flow, and supporting DMS reporting to expedite getting parts installed on vehicles, billable labor, reduced accumulation of unsold parts, and satisfied customers.

Customer Support Center
ADMI Support Center is a valuable asset to the parts department and field rep when management has questions regarding inventory performance needs assistance when considering changes to DMS set-ups, better understanding of implemented parts process, performance reporting, etc.

Monthly Performance Reporting provides the Dealer Principal, General Manager, and Parts Manager the tool on how well the inventory is performing each month and recommendations to improve performance.
