ADMI Fixed Operations
Consistent with the ADMI Mission Statement, ADMI Fixed Operations is an OEM specific, DMS specific and retail dealer specific Operations Management protocol to develop, integrate, administer and measure business functions to energize parts and service processes and performance.
The protocol begins with dealership parts and service baseline financial measures to include intense evaluation of current DMS set-ups and processes for both parts and service activities.
The baseline "start" measures and DMS evaluation leads to the joint (ADMI + dealer management) development of business plans to modify work processes and DMS applications.
The business plan(s) and the appropriate modified work activities and DMS applications are specific to the Parts function and to the Service function independently but complementary to both - drawing on the strengths of each to improve the performance of each.
Both the development and the administration of the plans and processes are guided by ADMI personnel, expert and highly experienced in with dealership fixed operations, to include "administrator level" expertise in the specific dealership DMS application.
